Class Types:
Gentle Flow: Slow-paced sequences focusing on alignment, basic poses, and restorative stretches. Ideal for beginners and recovery days.
Vinyasa Flow: Moderate to dynamic sequences linking breath with movement to build strength, endurance, and mobility.
Power/Strength Yoga: Focused on building muscular strength, core stability, and stamina using challenging poses and longer holds.

MINDFUL MOBILITY
Mindful Mobility is a restorative movement class designed to improve joint health, flexibility, and functional range of motion through slow, controlled patterns. Blending breathwork with intentional mobility training, this class focuses on deep release, structural alignment, and long-term durability.
